TICKET POLICY
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase (unless the event has been cancelled, postponed or changed).
If your event is cancelled, you will be able to obtain a refund of the ticket price via a Round Lake Vineyards & Winery gift card. If your event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a refund of the ticket price via a Round Lake Vineyards & Winery gift card. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
In case of severe weather on the day of the event, management will evaluate weather situations and a final call will be made no later than 1 hour prior to the start of the event. In the event of cancellation or postponement, our standard ticket policy will apply. If the event is not cancelled and a ticket holder is a no-show, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
